Detailed Itinerary

1

Day 1: Danang Arrival – Free Day

Upon arrival at Danang airport. You will be welcomed by ViTravel’s tour guide and driver and be transferred to the city center for check-in at your hotel. Free at your own leisure to explore the city or relax on the beach.

Overnight in Danang.

Day 2: Danang – Ba Na Hills (B/L)

Breakfast is served at your hotel.

8.30 AM, Pick up by our tour guide and driver at the hotel, we transfer to Ba Na Hills and take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station.

Check in and take great photos in Golden Bridge. Visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, and The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nginh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, and Orchid Garden… the afternoon is free for joining games in the Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park… (game tickets are at clients’ own expense).

Lunch is served at a local restaurant in Ba Na.

After lunch, we take the Cable Car downhill and then return to your hotel.

You are free on your own. Dinner is on your own arrangement.

Overnight in Danang.

Day 3: Danang – Son Tra Penisula – Hoian Ancient Town (B/L)

Breakfast is served at your hotel.

After breakfast and check out hotel and meet our tour guide.

Today morning, we will visit Son Tra Penisula with Linh Ung Pagoda of Danang - the highest Buddha statue, and admire the huge Buddha Statue which is the highest statue in Vietnam.

Next, we transfer to Hoian. On the way, we stop over at Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain). Here you will discover the stunning natural caves of the mountain and enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the mountain.

Upon arrival in Hoian, we enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we take a walking tour to Hoi An Ancient Town – an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. We start our day with the Japanese Covered Bridge – one of Vietnam’s most iconic attractions. Created by the Japanese living in Hoian in the 1590s as a way to reach the Chinese quarter across the water, the bridge is a beautiful historical piece of Japanese architecture. It would be a shortcoming without a visit to Tan Ky House - one of the many ancient houses that make up Hoian Ancient Town. Built two centuries ago with both Japanese and Chinese influences on architecture, this house has been preserved through seven generations. While walking, we will encounter pretty houses of Chinese merchants. Another must-see destination is Phuc Kiem Assembly Hall - an excellent work of architecture considered as a heritage of historical significance. Built-in 1690, this Assembly Hall is in fact a temple dedicated to the sea goddess Thien Hau.

Day 4: Hoian – Cam Thanh Village – Tra Que Herb Village (B/L)

Breakfast is served at your hotel.

08.00 AM: Our local guide picks up you at the hotel lobby, you enjoy a cycling trip along country lanes at a peaceful pace viewing local life and pausing to see farmers toiling in their rice fields using centuries of farming practices. Peddle your way through palm forests, across bridges, and fields of water buffalo. Riding along country lanes at a peaceful pace viewing local life and stopping over to see farmers (If you can't cycle, we will arrange a car or minivan as an alternative)

9:00 AM: Take a short break with a local family at Cam Thanh Village before enjoying a 1.5-hour ride on Traditional Basket Boat (round boat) in the Water Coconut Palm Forest. Learn how to sail the basket boat and spend your time catching fish and “purple crabs” in the Canal.

10:30 AM: Continue to drive to Tra Que Organic Vegetable Village where a large variety of vegetables are produced for the local community. At the village, you will be shown the environmentally sustainable practices which the local villagers have used for centuries and is still being used extensively today.

11:30 AM: Visit a local family and after a short, informative and fun cooking lesson, we sit down for a delicious lunch. Be back in town to your hotel for relaxing.

Day 5: Hoian – Danang – Departure (B)

Breakfast is served at your hotel.

Free morning at your own leisure until being picked up by our driver with tour guide to transfer your group to the Danang International airport for your flight departure.

Additional information

1. Deposits & Payment Policy:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total of the tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour.  You have peace of mind until 1 months before departure dates. At that point, we would require full prepayment only 60 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client. 
  • Payment is available by bank transfer or OnePay. VAT is 10%. OnePay collects a 50% deposit of the tour total including VAT, plus a 3.5% processing fee on that deposit. Bank transfer has no OnePay processing fee. The exchange rate and exact VND amount are displayed before payment.
  • After receiving your payment, we will issue  the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by email or chatting texts to you phone’s number.
  • Price applies to weekdays. Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays) may be subject to supplementary charges. On public holidays, the surcharge will be from 20 to 30% of the tour price and the ticket price will increase.

2. Booking Amendment:
Flexibility is one of our pride. You can amend your booking when it is customized. Just contact us at tours@vitravel.com.vn with your booking number(s). Our reservations team is happy to amend your booking(s) accordingly.
 

3. Cancellation Policy:
Non-Refundable: 
NON REFUNDABLE deposit of USD$20 per person for hotels and air ticket booking upon services confirmation and US$ 100 per person upon the package tours services confirmation
 

Cancellations timeline will be charged as follows:

  • 60 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
  • 59 – 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
  • 30 days – 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
  • 14 – 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100 % charge per group/booking.

*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
 

4. Refund of Unused Services:
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.
 

5. Liability:
ViTravel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions, and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
 

6. Travel Insurance:

  • Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
  • ViTravel strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
