Select OnePay on the tour booking form. You will be redirected to OnePay to complete your payment securely; do not send card details by email or message.
- VAT: 10% of the tour subtotal.
- Deposit: 50% of the tour total including VAT.
- OnePay processing fee: 3.5% of the deposit.
- Exchange rate: 26,000 VND per USD. The exact VND amount is displayed before payment.
The amount paid through OnePay is the deposit plus the processing fee, in VND. The remaining tour balance is shown separately in your booking information.
After returning from OnePay, check the payment status on your booking page. An unsuccessful payment does not cancel your booking request. If you close the payment page or the result is unclear, contact ViTravel with your booking reference before paying again.
