Bell 505 helicopters are imported 100% new by Northern Helicopter Company from the US; will take off/ land at Tuan Chau Helipad, right next to Tuan Chau International Passenger Port, very convenient for you to access and experience the service.

Bell 505 Jet Range X is the latest light helicopter model of the famous helicopter manufacturer Bell Helicopter. The Bell 505 helicopter was just put into commercial operation in 2018 and was imported to Vietnam for the first time by VNHN in the first quarter of 2019 to serve the sightseeing flight of Ha Long Bay by helicopter.

This is a light helicopter, manufactured by Bell Helicopters dedicated to travel, sightseeing. The aircraft cabin is designed with all glass, transparent, you can see out the whole scene, no matter where you sit.

There are 2 options:

1. 12-minute flight route: You will fly at an altitude of 150-200m above the terrain; panoramic view of majestic Ha Long with Itinerary: Airplanes take off at Tuan Chau Helipad - Thien Cung Cave, Dau Go Cave - Rooftop Islet - Titop Island - Bai Tu Long - Reu Island and land at Helipad Thang Tuan Chau.
2. 25-minute flight route: Same itinerary with double longer time.

1. Deposits & Payment Policy:

• A deposit of 50% of the total of the tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour.  You have peace of mind until 1 months before departure dates. At that point, we would require full prepayment only 60 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client. 
• Payment is available by bank transfer or OnePay. VAT is 10%. OnePay collects a 50% deposit of the tour total including VAT, plus a 3.5% processing fee on that deposit. Bank transfer has no OnePay processing fee. The exchange rate and exact VND amount are displayed before payment.
• After receiving your payment, we will issue  the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by email or chatting texts to you phone’s number.
• Price applies to weekdays. Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays) may be subject to supplementary charges. On public holidays, the surcharge will be from 20 to 30% of the tour price and the ticket price will increase.

2. Booking Amendment:
Flexibility is one of our pride. You can amend your booking when it is customized. Just contact us at tours@vitravel.com.vn with your booking number(s). Our reservations team is happy to amend your booking(s) accordingly.
 

3. Cancellation Policy:
Non-Refundable: 
NON REFUNDABLE deposit of USD$20 per person for hotels and air ticket booking upon services confirmation and US$ 100 per person upon the package tours services confirmation
 

Cancellations timeline will be charged as follows:

• 60 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
• 59 – 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
• 30 days – 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
• 14 – 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
• Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100 % charge per group/booking.

*** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
 

4. Refund of Unused Services:
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.
 

5. Liability:
ViTravel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions, and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
 

6. Travel Insurance:

• Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
• ViTravel strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
